Off-Season Tennis Court Access Process
Andover members have access to the tennis courts on a year-round basis. The process to request tennis court access during the off-season is as follows:
- Review the off-season tennis court policies at the bottom of this page.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Off-Season Tennis Court Access.” NOTE: By sending this email, you are acknowledging you have reviewed and accepted the off-season tennis court policies.
- The Andover Board will verify the requestor is an active member.
- Upon being notified by the Board that the request has been approved, members will be issued a physical copy of the tennis courts key.
- The physical key will allow access through the gate located on the side of the tennis courts facing the parking lot.
Off-Season Tennis Court Access Policies
- The use of Andover’s tennis courts is solely for members that are in good standing and paid-in-full as of the most recent summer season.
- The use of Andover’s tennis courts is restricted to the fenced-in area of the tennis courts and members are prohibited from entering the main pool grounds. Andover’s bathroom facilities are closed and winterized for all dates outside of the standard summer season.
- Tennis courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advanced unless approved by the Board.
- Members using the courts must park their vehicle(s) on Lyman Ave., which runs along the backside of the tennis courts.
- Tennis courts are monitored 24/7 by security cameras and recordings may be referred to the authorities if vandalism, littering or destruction of courts is observed. Any actions by members that fit into the above categories may result in the suspension or termination of their membership.
